Refund Policy

The short version

If you join and the program isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund that payment in full. There are no forms to fill out and no hard feelings.

Your monthly membership

Membership is billed monthly and renews automatically. You can cancel anytime, your access continues through the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. After the first 14 days, we don't refund partial months.

How to cancel

Email us at ugcbykristilee@gmail.com and we'll cancel your membership right away, then confirm by reply so you know it's done.

Billing mistakes

If you were ever double charged, or charged after you cancelled, tell us and we'll refund it in full. Billing mistakes are always ours to fix.
